After a decade of marriage, soap stars Jon Lindstrom and Cady McClain have called it quits. The two got married on Valentine’s Day in 2014 though this was not Lindstrom’s first marriage. Lindstrom, 66, who plays Kevin Collins on General Hospital, was previously married to Eileen Davidson. She has played Ashley Abbott on The Young and the Restless since 1982 and was a regular on RHOBH. They were married for three years before they divorced and she went on to wed Vince Van Patten. This was Days of Our Lives star Cady McClain’s first trip down the aisle.
Now, Cady and Jon have taken to Instagram to address their marriage. They noted an apparent elephant in the room. It seems that people noticed they were taking time apart from one another. Now, they are sharing what is going on behind the scenes. Due to different goals, they have opted to end their marriage and part ways. However, they will remain friends but do hope for kindness during this time. Comments were turned off on the posting.

It is clear from Cady McClain’s social media that she has all but done away with any memories of Jon Lindstrom. She has personal snaps but none of her, Jon, or her and him together. The ones that she does have are older which is clearly indicative that they are living different lives as their statement pointed out. As soon as the news broke, fans were very sad to hear about this. At the same time, they were encouraging and hoped the couple would find happiness.
