TLC star Amanda Halterman is so excited to show off her latest sexy look on Instagram.
The 1000-Lb Sisters cast member recently shared on Instagram that she was spending some time at the salon. Fans were incredibly impressed with the result.
So what exactly did Amanda have done and what did the final result look like?

1000-Lb Sisters fans were overjoyed when they realized that Amanda Halterman would return in the fourth season. TLC first introduced her in Season 3 and she became immediately popular with audiences.
Viewers really appreciated Amanda’s no-nonsense attitude and how she stood up to her siblings when they weren’t being reasonable. But at the same time, she was always there to support her family when they needed her most.
“Cause sometimes a little TLC goes a long way! #self-care #self-love,” Amanda captioned her recent Instagram post. In the first image, she has foil in her hair, indicating that she’s going for a dye job.
But she doesn’t unveil the results until the second photo.
It appears that Amanda Halterman opted to straighten her hair and have it dyed a lighter blonde color. Fans are most familiar with her honey-blonde curls onscreen, so this is definitely a change of pace.
She looked happy with her new style and fans had plenty of kind words to say.
“Gorgeous!! I miss you guys! We need a new season!” a fan wrote to the TLC personality.
“You look great! You know who you look like? Put brunette hair on you and you look like Valerie Bertinelli,” another added.
“Thanks for all the love yall!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” Amanda replied in the comments, pleased with her followers’ responses.
Will the TLC star and her family be back for more episodes?
TLC hasn’t said much about the future of 1000-Lb Sisters, but fans are incredibly hopeful there will be a fifth season. Season 4 ended with Tammy Slaton’s wedding and the rumor mill indicates that they’ve already split up.
On top of that, fans are incredibly curious to see how Tammy is adjusting to life after bariatric surgery. Between these storylines and Amy Halterman’s divorce, TLC definitely doesn’t have a content shortage on its hands.
If 1000-Lb Sisters does indeed return, it’s not immediately clear what role Amanda Halterman will play. As fans saw in Season 4, she’s navigating the aftermath of her own divorce. But fans can almost certainly count on her to show up and support her siblings as they deal with their own challenges.
