Redditors Have Mixed Feelings Over Tammy Slaton’s New “Friends”
Lately, Tammy Slaton has been spending quite a bit of time with a creator named Haley Michelle. The women even recently went on a road trip together and frequently engage in photoshoots with each other.
While 1000-Lb Sisters fans want Tammy to have friends, several are worried that Haley Michelle is using the TLC for clout. Comment sections on Instagram are filled with concerned comments.
But now, it seems like some Redditors are worried about others who might be using Tammy for their own personal gain.
“Tammy’s ‘bff’ needs followers,” one Redditor shared in annoyance, along with a TikTok Tammy shared. In the video, Tammy asks her own followers to start following one of her new “best friends,” a user named Panama Princess.
The video appears to be somewhat older, since Tammy’s hair is longer in the video. She cropped her hair quite some time ago. As such, it doesn’t appear that Panama Princess and Haley Michelle are the same person.
While some Redditors agreed with the OP, others thought this TikTok was perfectly innocent. Fans wrote comments such as:

Will The Friends Debut On 1000-Lb Sisters?
If Tammy Slaton’s new friends aren’t genuine, it stands to reason they’d do everything in their power to appear on the newest season of 1000-Lb Sisters. Tammy’s former boyfriends such as Jerry and the BBW King were very similar in this regard.
