‘7 Little Johnstons’ Trent Gets Concerning Medical News
The new season of 7 Little Johnstons is coming soon and Trent Johnston’s life is changing, along with his family’s. The Johnston children are growing up too fast and finding love. Trent and Amber Johnston are attempting to go with the flow with all of the changes. However, things aren’t as happy-go-lucky as they would like them to be. In fact, Trent hasn’t been feeling like himself lately and decides to get a check-up. What he hears isn’t at all what he wanted to.
Trent Johnston Gets Bad News
In the newest trailer for this season of 7 Little Johnstons, Trent Johnston was sitting up in his bed with his wife. The couple was talking about health issues and she asks him to go and weigh himself. When he looks down at the scale, it says, 150.6 pounds. In the next scene, he is seeing his doctor and she is telling him that he is pre-diabetic.
As soon as Trent hears these words from his doctor, he tells the cameras, “I need to make a small lifestyle change here.” He is then seen going to the gym with Amber. She is dressed as if she is from the 80s and ready to Jazzercise. She tells him that she is ready “to get physical!”

During this scene, Trent is seen lifting weights and exercising like he never has before. Will this be the push that he needs to get on a healthier diet? Amber hopes so. As they try to get more physically fit, there is other news to share.
The Family Vacation
During the last season of 7 Little Johnstons, the family hosted a student from Finland. The Johnstons are thrilled to announce that they will get a chance to go visit him and his family. They are going on a trip to Finland! On top of spending a lot of time there, they will get a chance to experience what life is like. They bring matching pajamas and they will all get a chance to feed some reindeer!
The Johnstons have been hinting that this season will be great and now we have a chance to see it! With Trent making changes to his diet and exercise, the kids are making a lot of changes too. Going on this vacation is not like anything they have ever done and they couldn’t be more excited to share it all with their fans.

Trent it is never too late to change your life to make it better. It is never too late to go to the gym to work out to get in shape to change your life, and to eat better. It’s awesome that your wife is going with you, to support you. Trent you can do it! You can reverse your pre-diabetes with diet change. It’s hard I know I am doing g this right now.
