That’s different from when it first premiered on Bravo. The 52-year-old entrepreneur talked about her early earnings with the series. In her candid TikTok, Bethenny wore a gray cardigan over a white T-shirt. She wore colorful jewelry and rocked a makeup-free look. The former reality star answered questions about her time on The Real Housewives of New York.

“How much was my contract for Season One of the Real Housewives of New York City?” Bethenny Frankel read the question before responding, “The contract said $7250, which I did not dispute. I was a nobody, that was a lot of money to me.”

She also revealed that she upgraded from a studio apartment to a one-bedroom when she first appeared in the series. There was one thing that Bethenny didn’t agree with it in her contract and that was allowing Bravo to take a cut from her earnings. She didn’t have anything to her name then.

“Somewhere down deep inside of me I understood conceptually that that was wrong, and I was going places and I was gonna do something and no one was going to own any part of it,” Bethenny Frankel explained.

From there, she made her own “Bethenny clause” as her star and platform rose. She was able to call the shots with the network. Over time, Bethenny made more money from her regular appearances on RHONY.
