Tv Shows Ace: Bachelorette alum Josh Seiter made it safely to Dixon, Kentucky, and knocked on 1000-Lb. Sister star Amy Slaton’s door. Did she answer? Did she agree to go out on a date with him?
As those who have been following this story know, Josh Seiter from The Bachelorette confessed he’s had a crush on Amy Slaton (Halterman) of 1000-Lb. Sisters for a long time now. He told Tv Shows Ace his interest in being with a big beautiful woman was something he kept to himself because it was considered by many to be taboo. Moreover, Josh has admitted on his Instagram Stories that he’s received a lot of hate since admitting he finds plus-size women to be attractive.
Over the weekend, Josh Seiter made the decision to make a trip to Dixon, Kentucky with the hopes of asking Amy Slaton (Halterman) out on a date. Josh told us he had a restaurant all picked out. Both nervous and excited, Josh collected an assortment of gifts to present to Amy Slaton (Halterman) in an attempt to woo her.
Josh Seiter arrived and knocked on her door, did she answer?
Josh Seiter of The Bachelorette sent Tv Shows Ace several videos and photos confirming his arrival to Dixon, Kentucky. He had no trouble finding the home Amy is believed to be staying at right now after entering the town. We asked Josh if he was nervous and if he was able to make contact with Amy Slaton (Halterman). Sadly, Josh tells us that Amy Slaton didn’t answer his knocks on her door.
“I was extremely nervous especially when I saw her sister’s house where she is staying. Because she [Amy] wasn’t home I didn’t get to meet her so I left her flowers and sodies on the porch along with a card with a note.”
Fortunately, Josh still remains hopeful as Amy Slaton not answering the door wasn’t out of rejection. She simply wasn’t home at the time. The Bachelorette alum tells us that he left a note asking her to reach out to him on Instagram so they could talk.
Disappointed he didn’t get to see her face-to-face, Josh Seiter tells us he remains hopeful she will like the gifts he left on her porch and she will reach out to him on Instagram.
Unable to make physical contact with Amy, Josh confirmed he did arrive safely back home after his trip.
