Jodie Sweetin Starring In New Mystery Series A Jane DaSilva Mystery: Case Of The Broken Song
The first new mystery is a brand new one for Hallmark. This movie is called A Jane DaSilva Mystery: Case Of The Broken Song. Besides Sweetin (A Cozy Christmas Inn, Fuller House, Stephen Huszar (Chesapeake Shores, Undercover Holiday), and Paris Jefferson (Fit For A Prince, Love In Wolf Creek) are her costars.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Jane DaSilva is a singer that is now thrown into the world of private investigation. That is because she has inherited a non-profit detective agency, in the guise of the family foundation.
Thankfully, Jane is not alone in this venture. Her Aunt Sadie (Jefferson), and Detective John Cameron (Huszar) are there to mentor her through this process. Thank goodness, because Jane’s first case has to do with a client’s mother, who died a few years back.
Her client (Danielle Smith), reveals that her mother was fragile, and a multi-level marketing company took advantage of this woman’s vulnerability. However, this company must be selling more than soap, because suddenly Jane finds herself in a dangerous situation. Does she have what it takes to solve this mystery?
Hallmark’s Carrot Cake Murder: A Hannah Swensen Mystery Is Highly Anticipated
Sleuthers have been waiting a long time for Alison Sweeney (Days Of Our Lives, The Wedding Veil Journey), and Cameron Mathison (General Hospital, All My Children) to reunite in Carrot Cake Murder: A Hannah Swensen Mystery. In addition, Barbara Niven (Christmas At The Golden Dragon, Chesapeake Shores) and Gabriel Hogan (Heartland, Condor) are also back.
The premiere of Carrot Cake Murder: A Hannah Swensen Mystery is on Sunday, May 21, at 7 p.m., Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
In this new mystery, there is a building renovation happening in Lake Eden. However, when they start digging, the result is that a local resident is not who they say they are. More so, this beloved resident has shocked everyone in the small, Minnesota community.
Thinking the police are not doing enough, Hannah (Sweeney) has taken it upon herself to sleuth, much to Detective Mike Kingston’s (Mathison) chagrin. Even as Hannah’s fiancé, he is unable to keep her away from this dangerous situation.
Meanwhile, Hannah enlists her mom, Delores (Niven) to help her uncover the identity of the dead body. Will they uncover the truth before the killer decides they are too close?
