‘LPBW:’ Where Did Matt Roloff’s Money Come From?
Little People Big World fans got to know Matt Roloff through his work on the farm he owned with his family. However, before he made money off Roloff Farms, Matt made a lot of money, which had nothing to do with blue-collar labor on a farm.

How did Matt Roloff make his money?
Matt Roloff actually had a very successful white-collar job before he settled down with his family on Roloff Farms. Matt used to work as a computer programmer in Silicon Valley. During this time in his life. Matt created system software and sold it to Fortune 500 companies.
However, that isn’t all that Matt Roloff has done to make a living, as he is quite the entrepreneur. Matt also co-created a company called Direct Access Solutions, which sells accessibility products for little people in the hospitality industry.
Finally, he made a great deal of money from Roloff Farms, which is his main money maker in recent years. The farm was open for visitors and private tours, which brought in cash, and was a source of income for Matt alongside his TLC salary. Now that the family has decided to use it as a rental, it will bring in more money.
All this has helped Matt Roloff accumulate a net worth at around $6 million.
Matt Roloff teases more reality TV
Matt Roloff isn’t as active on social media as many reality TV stars, but he has returned recently. He also had some great news for Little People, Big World fans. While TLC hasn’t renewed the show for a new season, Amy Roloff previously hinted that they are currently filming footage.
This all led to Matt posting a photo on Instagram that showed some large film equipment in his house. This led to fans asking if a new season was filming, but outside of posting the photo, Matt also never gave any further information. He also didn’t respond to any of the LPBW fans who asked in the comments.
TLC normally drops two new seasons of Little People, Big World each year. One comes in the spring and a second in autumn. LPBW Season 23 premiered on May 17, 2022, and Season 24 premiered on Nov. 1, 2022. There’s a good chance TLC might announce Season 25 in the next couple of months, right before it starts airing.
However, there is no word on how much longer the show will last. Tori Roloff said late last year that she her time on the show with Zach Roloff was “definitely coming to a close.” She did say they are enjoying it while they can, but it looks like the show might be nearing its end.
