The reality star recently got approved for her weight loss surgery. However, her journey to this major milestone wasn’t an easy one. She was seen visiting several doctors in the latest episode to get approved for the same.

While Tammy was on her way to get checked up by a lung doctor, she was seen coughing violently. However, what surprised fans were the fact that none of the nurses that accompanied her in the ambulance came up to help her. While lying in the ambulance’s stretcher, Tammy Slaton coughed her lungs out, yet she received no help.

Amy Halterman Admits She Is Nervous For Tammy Slaton
In the upcoming episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy gets an emotional sendoff as she prepares for her weight loss surgery. In the clip, Tammy is seen leaving the rehab facility as she is greeted by her family who cheered her on for the big day. Her sister, Amy Halterman, shared in her confessional that she is nervous for Tammy and anything that could happen during the surgery. She even asserted that she cannot picture a life without her sister.
