1000-Lb. Sisters is currently airing its fourth season and fans wonder what Amy Halterman does with the payment she gets from TLC. The current season has been documenting her pregnancy with her younger son Glenn alongside Tammy’s weight loss journey in rehab. So, what does Amy Halterman do with her TLC paycheck? Keep reading to find out the details!
Amy Halterman Gets The Highest Paycheck From TLC
Although Amy Halterman receives the highest paycheck in the family, her screen time on the show is far less as compared to Tammy Slaton. Yet, Tammy Slaton only gets paid $2,000 to $3,000 per episode bringing her total for 10 episodes to $20,000 to $30,000. Moreover, the newly married TV star had been paying for her stay in the rehab all by herself. Contrary to popular belief, her stay or other medical expenses aren’t being paid by TLC at all.

Although it isn’t revealed how much Amy Halterman gets paid per episode, her total is surely way higher than that of Tammy Slaton. This is because her husband Michael Halterman and their sons Gage and Glenn, all three have contracts with TLC as well. So, Amy gets paid for four. However, if reports are to be believed, the mother of two doesn’t use any of the kids’ cash. As confirmed by a source to The Sun, Amy has funds set up in trusts that go toward her boys’ college tuition.
Amy Halterman Also Earns Via YouTube And Cameo
However, that isn’t her only source of income. Amy Halterman also has a YouTube channel with 500,000+ subscribers. So, the reality star makes good money from the ad revenue placed on the videos.
