What Is Hallmark’s Curious Caterer: Grilling Season About?
According to the Hallmark synopsis, Goldy Berry (DeLoach) is a professional caterer who is tasked to throw a barbecue at a client’s home. The lavish event is for her childhood friend, Susie Craig (May). Susie is a realtor with a lot of connections.
However, at the end of the evening, the grill explodes and Susie is killed! Worst of all, Goldie was the last person to use it. Now, Goldie has to do whatever she can to preserve her professional reputation. She does not want this negative association to death.
Therefore, Goldy is open to working with Detective Tom Schultz (Walker) once again. They try to figure out why the grill exploded. But, as they dig deeper into the lives of the attendees, and secrets are uncovered, Goldy learns that this was a murder, and the murderer has to be connected from her inner circle. Can they figure out who did it before anything else implodes?
