Katie Thurston Knows What She Wants In Future Relationship
Former Bachelorette Katie Thurston knows what she is looking for in a future partner. She first made her debut in Bachelor Nation during Matt James’ season of The Bachelor. It didn’t work but fans loved her spunk and she ended up as The Bachelorette. She did get engaged to Blake Moynes. However, that didn’t last long and she moved on with another contestant from her season, Jon Hersey. That also didn’t pan out. So, now, Katie has learned what she is looking for in a future relationship. Keep reading to find out more.
Katie Thurston knows what she wants in future relationship
Bachelorette Katie Thurston is still trying to find what her heart desires in a partner. While she hasn’t found him yet, she has figured out a big part of what she wants in her future relationship. US Weekly shared what Katie had to say. She said, “[I want] someone who isn’t [intimidated] by my life or personality.” Katie went on to say, “I’m pretty independent so bonus points if I feel taken care of by him, that’s when my feminine energy shines.”
There has been speculation that Katie is dating after she was pictured with The Circle alum Nick Uhlenhuth. The two were seen parthing with a large gropu on New Years Eve. At the time Katie shared some of the photos and said, “I used to hate having a birthday so close to the New Year but now I love it! It’s this full circle moment each year that marks a brand new chapter.”
She also said, “I’m excited to be 32 in 2023. In my gut, I just know, this is going to be one hell of a year and I’m so excited! 🥂 My 2023 mantra: Watch me 😎.”
Neither she nor Nick have commented on their status. So, nobody knows if there could be something there or not. In fact, a fan asked her if she’s dating and she played coy. She just looked at the camera and shrugged her shoulders.
She’s not in a hurry
Katie isn’t allowing herself to feel pressured into settling down. She knows what she wants and she will keep looking until she finds it. She said timelines don’t exist and she just wants to be happy and know she can make it on her own.
