Mike Johnson may finally be off the market to the disappointment of many women. Fans of The Bachelorette loved his personality and bright smile. Many of them wanted him to be the next Bachelor lead, but that title went to Matt James. After his time on Hannah Brown’s season, he started a podcast with Bryan Abasolo and has enjoyed the opportunities afforded to him by being on the show.
As an eligible bachelor, the former Air Force vet was rumored to be seeing several of the ladies in Bachelor Nation. None of those rumors turned out to be true. These women included Demi Lovato and Meghan King.
Who Is Mike Johnson Spending Christmas With?
When asked by Joe Amabile on the Click Bait podcast if he had a girlfriend, Mike Johnson said, “Absolutely I’m dating.” He wouldn’t share who it was, but he did share some things about his relationship.
The woman didn’t hit it off with his friend but asked the guy to share her Instagram with Mike. He said he then, “slid in the DMs.” Gabby Windey was also on the podcast and when Mike revealed they’d been exclusive for two months after talking for six, she exclaimed he was practically married. Gabby teased him asking when he’d know the name. He blushed when Windey and Natasha Parker speculated that they would spend his birthday and New Year’s Eve together.
He’s Been Very Open About Wanting To Find Love
Mike Johnson has been open about the fact that he’s ready for love. He was ready on The Bachelorette, he was ready on Bachelor in Paradise, and he’s ready now. When he was on his podcast talking about dating, he said you don’t need to be sitting around at the house. You need to, “throw yourself out there.” He said he wasn’t on the apps, he just used Instagram DM’s.
He said he tells them up front, he doesn’t want anything out to the public. He said he’s dated before but no one knew, because he kept it secret and he will keep that up. This explains him keeping his relationship private now, but he seems very happy. The TikTok and social media detectives will be trying to figure it out soon enough. Mike has been around enough to know that the public isn’t always kind when you let them in. He wants to protect his lady from harmful comments or anything else that might come their way.
