Amid Split Confirmation Meri Brown Still Wants Kody
Despite confirming their marriage was done, Meri Brown would still take Kody back. In part one of the Sister Wives tell-all, Meri and Kody’s relationship was addressed. Rather, their lack of was talked about and Meri confirmed that they were no longer together. However, that does not mean that she has closed the door to her marriage forever. Amid Split Confirmation Meri Brown Still Wants Kody
It is now official that things are over between Kody and his first wife, Meri. She shared that he basically called the time of death for their marriage. Though she wanted to address it publicly when she heard how he was saying they were no longer married, he refused. Finally, she has come out with her truth. Though she tried to keep them together and made her best attempts, she has had to accept that it is over after thirty-two years.
However, is it really over? When the host, Sukanya Krishnan asked Meri if there was a chance for reconciliation, she said she was definitely open to it. This is obvious as she never wanted the marriage to end in the first place. Sadly, Meri did have to acknowledge that she did not think Kody would ever want to try again. The couple legally wed in 1990, adding Janelle in 1993 followed by Christine in 1994 and Robyn in 2010. They divorced in 2014 so that he could marry Robyn and adopt her three children from her previous marriage.
Unfortunately, that was where the demise really came to a head. She was not getting what she needed from Kody so Meri looked for love online and ended up getting catfished. Kody admitted that was the nail in the coffin for them but at the same time, she told him she needed space. He left and never came back. At this point, he has said he would not mind if she went off and married someone else.
Living Her Own Life
Meri Brown has been distanced from the family for some time now. She is often at her Parowan, Utah B&B or off traveling with her LuLaRoe retailers. They keep her out and about constantly so she is never in Flagstaff. Plus, she has been busy planning retreats at her B&B, one that she had in November and an upcoming one in February. So, her hustle never stops. With all of the friends that have become family, it does not seem that she will miss not being under Kody’s wing all that much.
