Gary Friedkin Dead At 70: Cause Of Death
The obituary confirmed that he was in the hospital for three-and-a-half weeks due to COVID-19 complications and passed away on December 2. Furthermore, Gary’s family members thanked his friends and fans. They also thanked the hospital staff, doctors, and nurses of St Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital MICU for helping him in his final days. As reported by ComicBook, a scholarship has also been established in the actor’s name at Youngstown State University.
The obituary read:
“A scholarship has been established in Gary’s name at YSU. Attention will be given to those with a disability or a concentration in the performing arts.”
Gary Friedkin Starred In Blade Runner And Star Wars
Born on November 23, 1952, Friedkin started his acting career with a big move to Los Angeles. His on-screen debut was the 1981 movie Under The Rainbow.
Apart from his role as an Ewok in Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi (1983), the actor also starred in:
