What Is Hallmark’s The Way Home About?

Hallmark’s new series, The Way Home, is a family drama with a time-travel twist. This is what we know about the story.

This new series follows the three generations of Landry women. It includes Del (MacDowell), her daughter, Kat (Leigh), and her 15-year-old granddaughter Alice (Laflamme-Snow).

Twenty years ago, an event happened that split the family, and sent Kat leaving Port Haven, their small Canadian town. Moreover, Kat and Del are estranged.

Now, Kat and Alice are back in Port Haven. Moreover, this is Alice’s first time meeting her grandmother and staying on the family farm.

As the three generations of women slowly work on finding their footing as a family, they embark on an enlightening – and surprising – journey none of them could have imagined as they learn how to find their way back to each other.
