What Is Hallmark’s Christmas At The Golden Dragon About?
According to the Hallmark synopsis, Romy (Wang), and Rick (Chau) work for their family’s busy Chinese restaurant, The Golden Dragon. That includes holidays like Christmas.
However, this year, Blake (Terasiuk), Romy’s boyfriend, has invited her to spend the holidays with his family. She jumps at the chance of celebrating a “traditional” holiday in Vermont.
Moreover, her folks have let her take time off from their busy Christmas business.
Meanwhile, Rick works full-time at The Golden Dragon. Although he has not figured out his life path, he loves to cook.
But, Rick and Romy are shocked when their parents (Crandall, Cheng) announce that there will be no need for anyone to work over the Christmas holidays. That is because they are closing up for good.
Closing the restaurant also affects the customers. The story includes how The Golden Dragon has been an integral part of their lives.
