Hallmark’s Countdown To Christmas 2022: The Full Lineup

Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas is just about here! Ready to exchange that PSL with hot cocoa, and fall colors for some twinkling Christmas lights?

On Thursday, Variety released a lost of all 40 Hallmark Christmas movies. This includes 31 on the OG channel and nine movies on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. We have information on all of the upcoming movies here.

This list includes every movie from the Hallmark Channel (HC), which will premiere at 8 p.m., Eastern unless otherwise noted. In addition, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (HMM), will premiere at 10 p.m., Eastern.

Hallmark October Countdown To Christmas Movies

Noel Next Door premieres on Friday, October 21 on HC. This movie reunites stars Natalie Hall, and Corey Sevier. 

Neighbors get into a battle of words when a hard-working single mom battles it out with a misunderstood grouch. Could he steal her heart?

We Wish You a Married Christmas premieres on Saturday, October 22 on HC. This movie stars Marisol Nichols, and Kristoffer Polaha

Becca and Robby are a married couple having a hard time connecting with each other as the holidays approach. Just before Christmas, they head to a cozy Vermont inn at the advice of their marriage coach so they can recharge. Their weekend away gets unexpectedly extended when a mishap puts their car out of commission and just may put them on the road to a very happily married Christmas. 

We Need a Little Christmas premieres on Saturday, October 22 on HMM. In addition, this stars Erica Durance, Patrick Sabongui, and Lynn Whitfield.

This is Julie’s first Christmas without her husband. The single mom and her still-grieving child try to survive the season. But, an unexpected friendship with her older neighbor, Irene, makes her holiday more bearable.  

A Kismet Christmas premieres on Sunday, October 23 on HC. Moreover, this stars Sarah Ramos, Carlo Marks, and Marilu Henner.

Can a family legend really be true? Sarah, a children’s book author, is back in her hometown. There, she gets to know her family again, spends quality time with her secret childhood crush, Travis, and learns that her hometown does have some sort of magic. 

A Cozy Christmas Inn premieres on Friday, October 28, on HC. This stars Jodie Sweetin, and David O’Donnell. 

Over the Christmas holidays, Erika, a real estate exec, travels to Alaska. She plans on purchasing a bed and breakfast. However, this enchanting spot is owned by her ex. Despite this obstacle, Erika finds herself falling in love with everything. That includes the town, and maybe that ex.  

Jolly Good Christmas premieres on Saturday, October 29, on HC. Best of all, this Ron Oliver-penned movie stars Reshma Shetty and Will Kemp

David is an American architect who recently moved to London for a prime opportunity in a prestigious firm. With just three days before Christmas, he crosses paths with Anji, a professional shopper, who raises an eyebrow over his choice of a gift card for his girlfriend. David ultimately decides to hire Anji and, thanks to a series of unexpected events, finds himself on a wild adventure across Jolly Old London as Anji helps him search for the perfect present.”

Ghosts of Christmas Always premieres on Sunday, October 30, on HC. This movie stars Kim Matula, Ian Harding, Beth Leavel, Lori Tan Chinn, and Reginald VelJohnson.

Katherine is a Ghost of Christmas Present and she must help one soul, Peter, rediscover his Christmas spirit. But this year has something unusual in store. 

Christmas Bedtime Stories premieres on Saturday, October 29 on HMM. In addition, this holiday movie stars Erin Cahill, Steve Lund, and Charlie Weber. 

When Danielle’s husband goes missing in action during his deployment, she is left to raise her daughter on her own. Three years later, as she acclimates to life without him, she begins to tell her daughter bedtime stories of her father. 

November Hallmark Countdown To Christmas Movies

A Magical Christmas Village premieres on Friday, November 4  on HC. This movie stars Alison Sweeney, Luke Macfarlane, and Marlo Thomas.  

When Summer’s mother Vivian moves in with her and her young daughter Chloe, her orderly existence is upended. Upon arrival, Vivian sets up an heirloom, miniature Christmas village resembling their town, and tells Chloe it grants Christmas wishes. As Chloe begins setting up the figurines, real-life events seem to mimic the scenes she creates. With a little help from the magic of the Christmas village, the family will be brought closer together and just maybe, Summer will learn to open her heart to love again. 

Lights, Camera, Christmas! premieres on Saturday, November 5 on HC. Moreover, this stars Kimberley Sustad and John Brotherton.

Kerry owns a shop in a small town where a holiday rom-com movie is shooting. The set needs a costume designer, and Kerry offers her services. She has not designed anything since she was much younger, but the experience makes her fall in love with design again.

Of course, Brad, the gorgeous leading man, is getting her full attention as well. 

A Maple Valley Christmas premieres on Saturday, November 5 on HMM. In addition, this stars Peyton List and Andrew Walker.

Erica has only known one thing. That is working on the family farm. However, Aaron comes to town. Now, she wonders if she wants more. 

All Saints Christmas premieres on Sunday, November 6, on HC. This stars Ledisi, and Roger Cross.

Lisette is a popular R&B singer who’s getting ready to travel home to New Orleans for Christmas. When the media mistake a photo of her with her music producer ex as an engagement announcement, her family insists that he join her on the trip. 

In Merry Measure premieres on Friday, November 11, on HC. In addition, this stars Patti Murin, Brendan Penny, and Jennifer Robertson.

Darcy is a pop star who is home for the Christmas holidays. She is spending time with her sister and niece. However, she soon finds herself coaching the high school choir with her one-time rival, Adam. 

The Royal Nanny premieres on Saturday, November 12, on HC. This holiday movie stars Rachel Skarsten, Dan Jeannotte, and Greta Scacchi.  

Claire is an MI5 agent who goes undercover as the royal nanny. She must overcome the challenges of her assignment, like resisting the charms of Prince Colin, while keeping the family safe at Christmas. 

Our Italian Christmas Memories premieres on Saturday, November 12, 2022, on HMM, and stars Sarah Power, and Beau Bridges 

The Colucci siblings, in an effort to jog the memory of their grandfather who is struggling with dementia, set out to recreate their late grandmother’s legendary pasta sauce. 

Christmas at the Golden Dragon premieres on Sunday, November 13, on HC. The ensemble cast includes Kara Wang, Osric Chau, Sara Canning, Antonio Cupo, and Barbara Niven.

Romy and Rick’s folks shock the family by telling them that they are closing their Chinese restaurant. This eating establishment has meant a lot to the family and the local residents.

Now, everyone is figuring out how they will move on once the restaurant is closed. 

Inventing the Christmas Prince premieres on Friday, November 18, on HC. This stars Tamera Mowry-Housley, and Ronnie Rowe Jr. in this holiday movie. 

Shelby is about to quit her job as a rocket engineer when her daughter becomes convinced that her Scrooge-like boss, Evan, is the Christmas Prince from a story Shelby invented years ago. 

Three Wise Men and a Baby premieres on Saturday, November 19, on HC. Moreover, this cast includes Paul Campbell, Tyler Hynes, Andrew Walker, and Margaret Colin.

Three brothers get the surprise of their lives when they are forced to work together to care for a baby over the holidays. As they slowly get the hang of things, they find themselves on unexpected journeys of self-discovery and begin to rebuild their relationships as brothers, as well as the damaged romantic and professional relationships in their respective lives…all while rediscovering their love of Christmas. 

Long Lost Christmas premieres on Saturday, November 19, on HMM. In addition, this holiday movie stars Taylor Cole and Benjamin Ayres

Interior designer Haley wants to surprise her recently widowed mother with a special holiday gift. She finds a way to gather their extended family to make this the holiday her mom always wanted. 

When I Think of Christmas premieres on Sunday, November 20, on HC. This stars Shenae Grimes-Beech, Niall Matter, and Beth Broderick. 

Sara Thompson returns to her hometown to help her mother move and is surprised to find her ex-boyfriend Josh Hartman is back home. The two had once planned a life in music together but Sara left to study law. The former flames slowly reconnect and try to heal wounds, both old and new. When Sara makes a surprising discovery, she and Josh forge a bold plan for the upcoming Christmas concert that will lead them all back to their musical roots and make this a holiday to remember. 

Don’t Miss Merry Thanksgiving Weekend

My Southern Family Christmas premieres on Thursday, November 24, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. This film stars Jaicy Elliot, Bruce Campbell, Ryan Rottman, Moira Kelly, and Brian McNamara.  

Campbell pretends to be a journalist to get close to her biological father for the first time. She is not sure if she will tell him her identity, but as she spends time with his family, and the town record keeper, she realizes for the first time that family history and dynamics can be messy.  

Will she or won’t she tell him her true identity? This revelation could change their Christmases forever.

#Xmas premieres on Friday, November 25, at 6 p.m., Eastern on the Hallmark Channel. This movie stars Clare Bowen and Brant Daugherty. 

Jen wants to win a brand’s design contest. But, she has to make her life fit the rules and becomes a family influencer. Therefore, she gets her best friend, Max, and her baby nephew in on this ruse to become the cutest influencer family.

However, when her video becomes a finalist, Jen now has to decide if she comes clean, or continues this ruse.

A Royal Corgi Christmas premieres on Friday, November 25, at8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. Moreover, this stars Hunter King and Jordan Renzo. 

Reluctant Crown Prince Edmond returns home just before Christmas in anticipation of being named successor to the throne. To ingratiate himself to his mother the Queen, he gifts her with ‘Mistletoe,’ a rambunctious Corgi in need of some serious training.

After several doggy disasters, Edmond turns to Cecily, a canine behavior expert from America for help — but to his great surprise, Cecily demands that he take an active part in the daily dog training sessions. Sparks fly between them as the pair work together to get Mistletoe ready to present at the annual Christmas Ball.

Just as the precious pup captures their hearts, they discover that love can grow in the most unexpected places, leading them to question what they really want.

A Tale of Two Christmases premieres on Saturday, November 26, at 6 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, this stars Kat Barrell, Chandler Massey, and Evan Roderick.

Ready for some Christmas magic? Emma gets to experience two different Christmases. In the first one, she stays in the city. There, she celebrates with her new friends, and enjoys city-like traditions.

The other Christmas is headed back home. There, she enjoys family and the long-held traditions she grew up with. Moreover, she also reconnects with her childhood friend, Drew, who seems very into her.

This double holiday may lead Emma to figure out what she wants for life. Will Christmas magic help her find her perfect Christmas?  

Haul Out the Holly premieres on Saturday, November 26, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. in addition, this comedic holiday movie stars Lacey Chabert, Wes Brown, Ellen Travolta, Peter Jacobson, Melissa Peterman, and Stephen Tobolowsky.

Thinking she would celebrate the holidays with her folks, Emily arrives home to find them headed off on an unexpected Christmas holiday trip.

Therefore, Emily stays at their home, alone. But, not for long! Her parent’s HOA has decided to make sure that Emily is involved in all of the shenanigans and holiday festivities.  

Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas premieres on Saturday, November 26, on HMM.  Moreover, Blake Shelton is the executive producer of this film that starsHolland Roden, Tyler Hynes, and Tenille Townes. 

Four days before Christmas, Elizabeth Athens receives a voicemail from a number she doesn’t recognize. On the message, a man she doesn’t know makes one final plea to the love of his life for a second chance. 

A Christmas Cookie Catastrophe premieres on Sunday, November 27, on the Hallmark Channel. This comedic holiday movie stars Rachel Boston and Victor Webster. 

Annie Cooper is the new CEO of her late grandmother’s small-town cookie company. Therefore, she has some big shoes to fill and high expectations. 

However, the business has been struggling, and Annie has an uphill battle. Moreover, things get even worse when her grandmother’s secret recipe is stolen during the Christmas party.

Now, Annie tries to figure out how to recreate the recipe and save her grandmother’s company. What does she do? She asks Sam, the local baker to help her.

Pretty soon, they are baking up a storm. What they are doing is pretty special as soon, the two seem to bake up a sweet romance. 

A Holiday Spectacular premieres on Sunday, November 27 at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Chanel. Moreover, this ensemble cast includes Ginna Claire Mason, Derek Klena, Eve Plumb, and Ann-Margret. In addition, A Holiday Spectacular features the Radio City Rockettes.

In 1958, Maggie is an heiress from Philadelphia who puts her high-society wedding plans on hold in order to sneak up to New York City and make her secret dream come true: dancing live on stage in the ‘Christmas Spectacular’ at Radio City Music Hall. 

A Big Fat Family Christmas premieres on Friday, December 2, on HC. This stars Shannon Chan-Kent, Shannon Kook, Tia Carrere, and Jack Wagner. 

Photojournalist Liz is ambitious and eager to make it on her own. She gets a dream assignment. she gets to photograph the Chang family’s annual holiday party. Moreover, this is for a cover story.

However, she doesn’t reveal that they are in fact, her family. Soon,  she finds herself growing close to her coworker, Henry. They get close, but she doesn’t feel that she wants to ruin her big break by confiding to him of her connection to this infamous family. How does this unravel? 

A Fabled Holiday premieres on Saturday, December 3, on HC. This stars Brooke D’Orsay and Ryan Paevey.

Talia and her childhood best friend Anderson unexpectedly reunite in a curiously familiar-looking town full of Christmas spirit that restores its visitors when they need it most. 

The Holiday Stocking premieres on SaturdayDecember 3, on HMM. This first Hallmark Mahogany holiday movie stars Nadine Ellis, B.J. Britt, Karon Riley, Tamala Jones, and Mykelti Williamson

In this Hallmark Mahogany presentation, RJ is a new angel, who is given the chance to address his one regret, that he didn’t help his sisters reconcile while he was still alive. Returning to earth as a stranger, he gets each of them to revive The Holiday Stocking, their parent’s old tradition to encourage charity at Christmas. 

Undercover Holiday premieres on Sunday, December 4, on HC. This movie stars Noemi Gonzalez and Stephen Huszar. 

Jaylen is an up-and-coming pop star. But, her family is overprotective. Therefore, she introduces her own overzealous bodyguard as her new boyfriend, Matt. What could possibly go wrong? 

The Most Colorful Time of the Year premieres on Friday, December 9, on the Hallmark Channel. This movie stars Katrina Bowden, and Christopher Russell. 

In this holiday movie, Ryan is an elementary school teacher, who learns that he is colorblind. One of his students has a mother, Michelle, who is an optometrist. Michelle soon brings color to Ryan’s formerly drab life. 

Christmas Class Reunion premieres on Saturday, December 10, on HC. This stars Aimee Teegarden, and Tanner Novlan.  

It is time for a high school class to reconnect for their 15-year reunion. Moreover, they are holding this get-together over the Christmas holidays.

While reconnecting, these classmates remember who they were, the “cursed class,” what they were now, and what they always dreamed of becoming. 

The Gift of Peace premieres on Saturday, December 10, on HMM. This faith-based movie stars Nikki Deloach, and Brennan Elliott.  

Traci is an artist whose faith has lapsed. The once-devout Christian’s beloved husband passed away, despite her most fervent prayers. Now, she is facing her second Christmas without him.

This year, she tries something different. Traci joins a support group for inspiration and comfort. 

The Holiday Sitter premieres on SundayDecember 11, on HC. Moreover, it stars Jonathan Bennett, George Krissa, and Chelsea Hobbs.

Five More Minutes: Moments Like These premieres on Saturday, December 17, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. This movie stars Ashley Williams, and Lucas Bryant. 

The second holiday story inspired by Scotty McCreery’s song ‘Five More Minutes,’ a young widow’s Christmas wish for her son is answered in unexpected ways when she returns to their old home for the holidays. 

Hanukkah on Rye premieres on Sunday, December 18, on the Hallmark Channel. This final 2022 Countdown To Christmas movie stars Jeremy Jordan, Yael Grobglas, and Lisa Loeb.
