But this week, she’s been suspiciously quiet on Instagram. While she typically posts on her Instagram Stories nearly every day, she’s been gone this full week. She last shared that she, Evan Stewart, and their two kids, Layla and Zade were heading on vacation with the Stewart family. And then she disappeared from social media.

Bringing Up Bates fans recently took to Reddit to discuss Carlin Bates Stewart’s social media silence. Now, they are beginning to think that she’s trying to get more attention by taking unannounced social media breaks.
One fan said, “‘So many of you guys were concerned about me.’ I really think she goes silent only so she can say this after and post a recap.”
Another fan agreed and wrote that Carlin and Evan are “hoping to make people miss them.”
“They take a break to build up suspense. People click their page to see if they’ve missed anything, and then they pop back up. It’s all click bait,” said someone else.
Some Reddit users are also worried about Carlin’s health. In the past, when she’s had seizures, she’s sometimes stepped away from Instagram.
As TV Shows Ace reported, Carlin Bates recently took another unannounced break from Instagram. She later returned to Instagram and revealed she had many messages from concerned fans. Of course, at this point, it’s unclear what is actually going on with Carlin. She could be soaking up her vacation time and making memories with her family instead of posting on social media.
