Christine Brown is certainly glad she left Kody Brown and the rest of the family. After decades of mistreatment, she finally decided she had enough. Christine Brown isn’t messing around here. Sister Wives fans are seeing her stand up for herself and her children. They couldn’t be happier for the TLC star. She isn’t going to accept any more mistreatment, but it seems like the other wives are sticking around for now. But is it possible that Kody will treat everyone else better now that Christine is gone?
“Is there a chance Kody will treat the remaining three wives differently now?” one Redditor asked in a recent thread. “My understanding of the whole reason Kody and his equally dry and baffling coiffed crew of wives wanted to live in plural marriage was because there were special benefits once you had three wives in the afterlife.”
The OP went on to speculate that Kody will change his behavior towards Meri and Janelle because he can’t afford to let them leave. If he does, he will love his place in the afterlife. Otherwise, he may have to go out and search for new wives.
“Kody will continue to treat Meri the same or worse, no matter how many rice crispy treats she makes. He will find a way to blame Christine’s departure on Meri. While Kody didn’t want Christine moving to Utah, Kody is fine telling Meri she should move up to the B&B permanently – which is living in Utah,” another Redditor offered. “Kody will occasionally look up and wonder where that other one…Janelle…went. He needs her just in case Robyn gets out of line and he doesn’t want to sleep on the couch. Robyn will continue to run Kody. He’ll continue to believe he’s in charge.”

Other sister wives remain angry over the decision to leave
The plot of Season 17 largely centers around Christine’s departure right now. But the TLC star isn’t bothered about it. In fact, she seems rather peaceful with her decision to leave. Meri and Robyn may be reacting poorly to the news, but Christine is just living her life. Fans are so excited to see that things worked out well for her in the end.
