‘BIP’ Season 8 Premiere: Lace Morris Fakes Birthday?
Most Bachelor fans are aware that not every single thing they see on the show is true reality. Stars like Lace Morris sometimes have to refilm certain scenes or maybe plot a date beforehand for a storyline. Sometimes, these set-ups get caught and it seems one of these weird misdirects has already been called out. Bachelor in Paradise is back and fans have gotten their first look at who will be there.
Lace Morris was on Ben Higgins’s season of The Bachelor. She quit in week three. She got engaged on the third season of BIP to Grant Kemp, but they broke up in 2016. Lace came onto Paradise to change her image as she had been labeled the villain in Ben’s season. Now according to the sneak peek, she’s going to some extreme measures to get noticed. Read on to see what happened.
Lace Morris Didn’t Feel Like The Attention Was On Her
Lace Morris came to the beach excited for another change. She said, “I’m the prettiest I’ve ever been.” According to People, this led her to not understand why no one was pursuing her. In an effort to get attention she decided to tell Wells that it was her birthday.
While it became clear through the sneak peek, it wasn’t really her birthday, she continued to go with it. In an interview, she said she told one person and it snowballed from there. When the rest of the crew watches the show back they’ll see she lied if they don’t find out that night.
Wells went along with it although he caught on quickly that it wasn’t truly her birthday. The other people on the beach were taking birthday shots with her so she got the attention she wanted. The clip did not show the aftermath of that lie. It doesn’t seem like starting a relationship with a lie is a great idea, but anything can happen in Paradise.
This Season Looks Wild And Messy
In true Bachelor franchise fashion, the trailer for the season has taken all the wild and emotional parts to tease the audience. There’s a lot of crying, someone saying there might be a threesome, some fighting, a person passing out, and a twist that has all the girls leaving while new ones come in. One person is being wrapped up in a burrito while another is having an incredible amount of chocolate poured on them.
There are some romantic shots of partners that seem to really get the most out of their time. Even that can be deceiving when it comes to a teaser trailer.
