Sherri Shepherd Breaks Down Crying On Show
Sherri Shepherd broke down and became emotional during the premiere week of her new talk show. During Wednesday’s broadcast, the talk show host found herself fighting back tears after receiving a precious gift from one of her guests. This sentimental and thoughtful gift sent the talk show host swimming in a sea of emotions. What gift did she receive from her guest? Why did the gift cause her to break down and get emotional? Sherri Shepherd breaks down and fights back tears
Healthy Roots Dolls owner and CEO Yelista Jean-Charles was featured as a guest during Wednesday’s broadcast of Sherri Shepherd’s talk show. Yelista Jean-Charles’ goal behind her company is to create black dolls with natural hair that can be used to encourage young girls to take proper care of themselves.
During the broadcast, a video of a young girl receiving one of these dolls was played. The young girl exploded with joy over receiving the doll. Sherri Shepherd become choked up on emotions as she said how much the video touched her heart.
Yelista Jean-Charles explained that as a child she had dolls. However, none of the dolls looked anything like her. So, she started a company to change that for other little girls. So, they wouldn’t have to feel the way she did.
“I love this because I wish, I wish that I had dolls like this growing up. All my dolls had the silky hair and it was nothing that looked like my hair,” Sherri added to the conversation.
After discussing the dolls a bit more, Sherri reminded Yelista that she teased some sort of surprise.
What gift did the talk show host receive?
“Well, in honor of celebrating your premiere week, we wanted to create a Sherri doll just for you,” Yelista revealed answering Sherri’s question about the surprise.
Seeing the doll, Sherri tried to fight off tears before breaking down and sobbing.
This means so much to me because I didn’t have this growing up and it will mean so much to little girls.

Sherry shepherd is not going to make it. Her ratings are in the toilet and she just isn’t funny.
U are absolutely correct. By the way. Who is that producer? Where is Norman and Susanne? She said Norman would be returning. She should explain why she didn’t bring Norman and Susann back. Did she try to get away from Wendy completely?
I agree that the show will not last too long. Sherri is good in stand up comedy but she can not carry an one hour show, it becomes annoying. I like her but I was through after her first show.
