Christine & Janelle Brown Push Through Controversy Together
These have not been the easiest years for Christine and Janelle Brown. Janelle has been openly struggling in her plural marriage to Kody. At the same time, Christine saw her breaking point in their marriage. Therefore, she exited it and has never felt or looked better. The two women have continued to find a common ground and super close friendship. Yes, has a business controversy solidified their bond even more than ever?
Janelle And Christine Brown, Always Leaning On Each Other
It may not have been smooth sailing from the get-go. Janelle came in as Kody Brown’s second wife in 1993 with Christine following in 1994. They were both quite different as being a third wife was what Christine desired most of her life. Yet, Janelle had previously been married to Kody’s first wife, Meri’s brother. That was how she formed a friendship with the family and it gave her an easy “in” when both parties were ready. Yes, Meri was jealous of Janelle but even more so when Christine came along but, to Kody, she was a breath of fresh air.
The best thing about her was she was very family oriented which was what was needed as time went by. Janelle was big into working and spent long days at the office. It became a great balance as she knew Christine was there to help raise her six children while she was out making the money. This was something that came up during the pandemic when the two snuck out to hang out with one another behind Kody’s back. As Janelle’s son, Gabe butted heads with his father, he reminded him that Christine practically raised them.
Janelle had no problem standing up to Kody, putting her children first. For Christine’s part, she was not allowing her children to see the way Kody favored one wife (Robyn) over the others. When she realized she was not getting what she deserved, she left. Yet, the two women did not lose touch but rather continued to go on adventures and celebrate milestones together. Now, they are in the middle of a controversy so they need each other more than ever.
Pushing Through
Christine got involved with LuLaRoe and was quite successful, even needing a remote employee to help her. As for Janelle Brown, she started a wellness company called Strive with Janelle. Then, she and her daughter, Maddie Brush began promoting the MLM, Plexus. Eventually, Christine jumped on the bandwagon and they formed their own little group.
Unfortunately, the company came under fire. According to Starcasm, Plexus has come under fire recently, more than usual. Apparently, the FDA issued a warning that three of the ingredients are “not generally recognized as safe and effective” for health or losing weight. It was sent to Plexus Worldwide.
Despite the controversy, the former sister wives are maintaining a close relationship and holding steady. Christine was recently in Flagstaff, seen playing games with Janelle at a coffee shop. It is great that they have one another to lean on despite all of their ups and downs in life.
