Amy & Michael Halterman Finally Select Baby #2’s Name
Amy and Michael Halterman still have a few weeks to go until their second son is born. But it seems like the couple finally decided on a name!
However, fans shouldn’t get their hopes up for a reveal quite yet. It seems like Amy and Michael are keeping their lips sealed for now. Keep reading to see what Amy revealed to fans in the meantime.
Amy and Michael Halterman confirmed they wanted the name to be horror-themed
Amy and Michael Halterman are pretty big fans of scary movies. They confirmed they named their first son Gage after the Pet Sematary character. So it’s hardly a surprise that they wanted to keep the theme going for the second baby.
Amy frequently keeps fans updated on her Instagram page. In the comments section of one post, she revealed that she and Michael did indeed finally decide on a name. The last time fans heard about the name, Michael and Amy were still mulling over names.
“Congratulations!” one fan told Amy. “Do you have a name picked out yet?
“Yes but y’all will find out soon,” the TLC star replied.
So it doesn’t appear as if the couple will reveal the name ahead of the birth. But the good news is that July 5, 2022 isn’t very far away at all. Fans should know the name of the second Halterman baby before summer is over.
2022 has been good to the Haltermans so far
So far, it’s been a pretty great year for the Haltermans. They celebrated their third wedding anniversary in March and it really seems like they couldn’t be happier.
TLC never officially canceled or renewed 1000-Lb. Sisters for a fourth season. But Michael and Amy still seem like they’re carrying on just fine. Viewers watched them move into a bigger home at the end of Season 3 — there’s plenty of room for a new baby there.
Their older son Gage will be two years old this fall and will have to adjust to life as an older brother. But one thing is certain — there’s a lot of love in the Halterman house. Fans hope they’ll get to see the brothers grow up in upcoming seasons.
