Ysabel Brown Leaves Instagram Drooling With Stunning Snapshots
Ysabel Brown has had a rough couple of years. The daughter of Sister Wives exes Kody and Christine Brown has shown incredible strength while struggling with severe scoliosis pain. Over the past two seasons, it became so unbearable, surgery became the only option. Unfortunately, Kody did not agree with this decision since it was during the pandemic. Luckily, Ysabel has a very strong-willed mother who ensured her daughter would get the help she needed. Over a year has gone by since the surgery and Ysabel exudes confidence and is not afraid to showcase it.
Ysabel Brown’s Road To Standing Tall
When Ysabel was thirteen, she was diagnosed with scoliosis. The curvature was mild but needed tending to. She was given daily exercises in hopes it would help to avoid surgery. The braces she wore hurt and the exercises took up hours of her day. Fortunately, they seemed to help some so she could put off anything invasive for the time being. There was a number the doctor had given her that she could not hit with her curve. This would mean surgery.
Once the family moved to Flagstaff and were spread out so far, Kody was not dividing his time all that well. It became even worse when the pandemic hit. He went to see Christine and Ysabel where he learned surgery was now on the table. Ysabel’s curve was too far gone and she was in excruciating pain every day but he did not know this as he was rarely around. Christine shared they found the best doctor in New Jersey and her sister was close so they could stay with her.
Kody was adamant that they wait but Ysabel felt so broken-hearted and Christine refused. Viewers were shocked when Kody did not go to the surgery with her. He could not be away from his other wives and kids for that long. It broke Ysabel’s heart but she made it through, added some height, and was a success. Her mom even agreed she could get a tattoo over her scar. Now the happy-go-lucky teenager is sharing stunning photos where she is simply glowing.
A Whole New Lease On Life
After Ysabel’s surgery, which was documented on Season 16 of SW, she came home with much more confidence. Yes, the pain was horrible and she was reliant on her mom. Yet she loved being taller than her father. Was she 100% healed? No, but her quality of life dramatically improved. She even went so far as to show off her scar in a bikini on social media.
Now, after a series of very whimsical Instagram posts, Ysabel continues to wow fans and followers with her natural beauty. She currently lives in North Carolina with her older sister and daughter to Janelle, Maddie Brush. They are both currently taking college courses and Ysabel seems to be thriving there. In her latest series of posts, she is shown in a short floral mini skirt, a little tank, and a short-sleeved buttoned-up. Her followers were struck by her beauty.
“You are strong, beautiful, and intelligent! Way to go girl!!!” one commented. Another added: “You are stunning. So happy you seem happy. I wish you nothing but the best.” Finally, her brother Paedon noted how happy and beautiful she looked. It is amazing to see the evolution of Ysabel Brown, the woman she is becoming.
