Though the actor has never been married, he has been in several relationships. Reportedly, he was in a relationship with Katie Holmes from 2013 to 2019. In addition, he is allegedly in a relationship with Alyce Huckstepp, which began in August 2023.

In Foxx’s memoir from 2021, Act Like You Got Some Sense, the star wrote, “I just don’t think I’m the marrying type.” Thus, it doesn’t seem like fans can expect a wedding in the future. However, considering his alleged year-long relationship with Huckstepp, perhaps things will change.

Moreover, despite his lack of marriage, that didn’t stop Foxx from having children. He is a proud father of two girls, Corinne, who turned 30 in February, and Anelise. The star’s ex, Connie Kline, is the mother of Corinne, and Kristin Grannis is the mother of Anelise.

Jamie Foxx Describes The Biggest Fears For Comedians

Also, the comedian stated, “You don’t just show up in Atlanta and turn the camera. It was excruciating because the worry is what gets you.” The star further discussed this worry in terms of being a comedian specifically. The memoir writer expressed, “We’ve got a great show in the room, but we don’t know what they may laugh or what they may not laugh at.”

Moreover, the Annie star explains that this feeling is very common in the community of stand-up participants. “Any comedian will tell you that’s the thing, the worry is the thing,” Foxx disclosed.

Then, Gayle remarks that Foxx is the “only [one who] could’ve” kept the audience in a condition where they were both laughing and crying. Additionally, Foxx reveals that comedy is “a personal journey, and I hope I never have to … I am never going to go through this again. My next jokes will start out, ‘Knock, knock! I’ll do an hour and a half of ‘Knock, knock’ jokes.”
