Hearties Will See ‘More Of Nathan’ In ‘WCTH’ Season 11
It looks like the new showrunner and writers at Hallmark’s WCTH will now go to any lengths to win back Team Nathan to the series. How far will they go to bring back this group of disgruntled Hearties? It seemed that pushing the engaged Elizabeth and the forlorn Mountie together during Season 10 was not enough. Nor does it seem that all the promo photos and preview videos of the two of them together are enough.
Well, the latest news is Erin Krakow’s promise that Hearties will see “More of Nathan” in When Calls The Heart Season 11.

Nathan Is Going Shirtless In WCTH Season 11
In a recent ET interview with Deidre Behar, Kevin McGarry spoke about WCTH Season 11. However, Erin Krakow had to break in and take over this interview. After discussing the upcoming season and the impending romance between the Mountie Nathan (McGarry) and the schoolteacher Elizabeth (Krakow), Erin hinted that more was coming. She hinted that viewers would be seeing “more” of him.
Yes, that means a Nathan shirtless scene. This should more than satisfy Team Nathan fans who have been upset since Season 8 when Elizabeth chose Lucas (Chris McNally). Many of those fans left the series. Now, it seems that with the promo, and now the promise of the shirtless scene, those disgruntled Hearties will return.
Behar compared this love triangle to that of the infamous Ryan Gosling movie, The Notebook. She claimed that the two are destined to be together because of their parallel parenting lives.
McGarry claimed that Nathan was created for Elizabeth. In addition, he called the pair the “endgame.” But, does he mean endgame as the inevitable romance between the couple, or does he mean it that this will end the series?
Has Hallmark Renewed When Calls The Heart For Season 12?
One question WCTH fans may ask is whether or not Hallmark has renewed WCTH for Season 12. With this major turnaround of Elizabeth dumping Lucas, and now headed straight into a romance with Nathan, it seems that they are vying to increase ratings with this abrupt change.
As Hallmark has not yet announced their decision on the future of this series, it appears that they are waiting to see what the ratings look like now that all the previews show the new romance.
Also, When Calls The Heart generally does not start filming until July. Since the first episode of WCTH Season 11 premieres on Sunday, April 7, this will give Hallmark many weeks of ratings to mull over. There will still be time to make a decision on the future of the series. Also, they will still have time to write scripts and plan production.
