Below Deck Adventure Kyle Dickard Arrest Update
After filming ended, Kyle Dickard continued to make bad decisions as he was tackled and handcuffed before he took a stab at bribing the officer to get himself out of the situation he was in. Unsurprisingly, the arresting officer did not take Kyle Dickard up on his $300 bribe and he was booked at the Broward County Jail. He was hit with several charges including a misdemeanor for obstruction of justice by resisting arrest without violence, a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct, and a felony for attempting to bribe the arresting officer.
Continuing to make poor decisions, Kyle Dickard seemingly boasted of his arrest by sharing his mug shot as well as a video of what went down via his Instagram.

Kyle Dickard Gets Off Easy On All Counts?
Below Deck Adventure fans agree that Captain Kerry Titheradge extended Kyle an olive branch when he gave him the option of resigning as deckhand instead of having a termination on his resume. Per a recent update from Starcasm, it appears as if the Broward County prosecution also decided to go easy on this Bravo personality as he was NOT prosecuted for any of the charges he faced.
Per court documents recently obtained via Starcasm, all counts against the former deckhand were dismissed back in January. Likewise, his $7,500 bond was also canceled. Unfortunately, the court documents did not contain any additional information on why the prosecution decided to drop all charges. Under “action taken” on his court records it simply said “DECLINE CASE.”

Starcasm went on to admit that many were a bit baffled by the ending as the prosecution had a pretty “open-and-shut case” given the video that Kyle himself shared on his profile after getting out of jail.
