‘Bachelor’ Zach Shallcross Done With TV, Ready For Normalcy
The Bachelor Zach Shallcross is done with reality television and ready for a normal life. He isn’t interested in maintaining fame from the show or even being an influencer. In fact, he’s looking for a job. Keep reading to find out what Zach had to say about his future.
Bachelor Zach Shallcross ready for a normal life
TMZ caught up with Zach Shallcross to talk about his future plans. He shared that even while filming the show he was thinking about what life would look like after. He knew he wanted to get back to normalcy as quickly as possible. Of course, this wasn’t immediately possible due to the obligations he has to the franchise. However, he said it did happen fairly quickly.
Zach made it clear that he went on the show to find love. He didn’t do it to write a book or anything else, that wasn’t his goal. However, he also stated all the opportunities that come from being on the show are very cool but right now it’s not what he wants.
Now, he’s talking with a few different companies and ready to get back into a 9-5 job. While he’s not ruling out an entertainment gig in the future, Zach is wanting to just have a normal job that he’s good at.
When he joined The Bachelor franchise he was a tech exec at Oracle. Now, he’s hoping to land a similar position possibly with Microsoft. Ultimately he wants a sales position with a reputable tech company.
Zach also shared that his dream job would be to follow in the footsteps of his famous uncle, Patrick Warburton. His uncle is the voice for a character on Family Guy. He’s filmed over 300 episodes. This is one part of the entertainment industry Zach would love to do.
Zach and Kaity
Zach and Kaity are still going strong. In fact, they are moving in together this summer in Austin after her lease expires. As for wedding planning, the two have noted they are not in a rush. They have a lifetime to get married so for now they are just enjoying each other and being engaged.
The duo has no plans to uproot from Austin anytime soon. While Zach is looking for a job, Kaity has already gone back to her nursing gig.
