Duggar Docuseries Trailer: Domination, Deceit, & Predators?
The Duggar docuseries trailer is officially here, and in it, domination, deceit, and predators are discussed. The series, Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets, was announced in late 2021, and now, the premiere is just around the corner. Duggar Docuseries Coming Soon
In December 2021, Amazon revealed that a Duggar series was in the works. It focuses on the IBLP (Institute in Basic Life Principles), which the Duggars have been involved in for years. There have been many scandals and controversies surrounding the IBLP, and the docuseries brings them to light.
In addition, the series features the Bates family (Bringing Up Bates), who is also a part of the IBLP.
Amazon Prime Video previously announced the docuseries will premiere on the streaming service on June 2.
Trailer Reveals Domination, Deceit, & Predators?
This week, the Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets trailer was released, giving viewers a better look at what’s ahead. The preview shows conversations with many people who were a part of the IBLP. In the new series, these individuals offer insight into what really goes on behind the scenes of this religion. They prove that there are many dark secrets that the Duggars and other IBLP members won’t talk about.
In the preview, one man discusses the true intentions of the IBLP. He says, “World domination was the goal.”
A woman in the trailer explains, “The shiny, happy images is the sugar, and we’re all high on it. They were just deceiving us all.”
Duggar family members Jill and Derick Dillard and Amy King also appear in the trailer, sharing their sides of the story. The trailer only captures the beginning of the domination, deceit, and predators in the full series. There are many more secrets to come out in the docuseries on June 2.
