Today, My 600-Lb. Life Season 10 guest David Nelson lives in his van. This isn’t the ideal living situation, but it still seems like he’s keeping his head up and pursuing his goals. Since he does live in a fan, he has an opportunity to travel and see a lot of the country. He loves sharing his travel photos with his followers.
But recently, David just wanted to share a sweet photo of himself and let his fans know that he’s doing all right.

Dr. Now did tease that new episodes of My 600-Lb. Life would come to TLC pretty soon. However, he didn’t provide any specifics.
