As per The Sun, Justin took to his Instagram Stories to share the details of the incident. He wrote, “What we were doing was we were both flirting. Well, I was flirting with the chef because he was cute, and I was pushing her out of the way so I could have a one-on-one moment with the chef.”

Today‘s Co-Host Reveals Jenna Bush Is Nice & Welcoming

“Jenna is one of the nicest, most welcoming people that I’ve ever met. I hate that people are taking it out of context,” he concluded. During the original segment, Justin seemed to be a huge fan of Andy’s, as he asked his co-host if he could stand next to him.

He had a big smile on his face & inched closer to the cook in an attempt to flirt with him throughout the segment. However, Justin’s smile faded away quickly as Jenna started touching him on his shoulders and upper back. As Andy explained the process of making the glaze, Justin instantly shimmied out of her touch. She kept doing this again and again until he physically pushed her away.

After this, Jenna looked at the camera and gave a funny smile while staying invested in the chef’s explanation.

Fans Bash Jenna Bush For Invading Justin’s Personal Space

For the unbeknownst, it looked like Justin was very uncomfortable with Jenna’s closeness and touches. Fans didn’t find this flirting playful but rather an invasion of personal space.

Reacting to this, one fan mentioned, “Omg?? He was sick of her.”

“He tried to be nice the first time, then had to use force the second time,” commented another.

Speculating what might have happened behind the scene, a third explained, “He non-verbally alerted her that her touches were unwanted. It’s his body; he doesn’t need a reason why he didn’t want it touched by her.”

You were rude in want you did. I would have slapped you’re hand away dude. And Jenna you need to stand back. I don’t like folks standing right up on me either. So learn personal space girl. But that dude was in the wrong. Keep you’re hands to you’re self always. Especially in public.
