Male Victim Says Diddy Raped Him & More Disgusting Details
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been dealing with a variety of legal issues, and allegations, since his arrest back in September. Recently, a male stripper has come out claiming that the music mogul had raped him during an incident back in 2022. Many details about the alleged incident were shared in a recent lawsuit.
‘Joe Doe’ Claims He Encountered Someone Claiming To Be Diddy’s Talent Scout At A Los Angeles Nightclub
Combs was indicted this past September over a variety of charges, including sex trafficking. Since his arrest, the mogul has been behind bars in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
Following at least three failed bail proposals, Diddy is expected to remain at the center until his upcoming trial on May 5, 2025. However, since his arrest, he has been the subject of various lawsuites and allegations.
According to TMZ, one recent lawsuit involves a street performer identified as “John Doe.” The figure claims that he was invited to a Diddy party back in November 2022 by someone claiming to be a talent scout for the mogul. At the time, Doe was performing outside of a Los Angeles nightclub.
As Doe claims, he was driven to a private home where he met Diddy. He was asked to sit down, was given a drink, and asked about his own musical ambitions. After he complimented a necklace Diddy had, he was asked if he would like to see the mogul’s jewelry collection.
After being taken to a private room, Doe claimed he began to get drowsy. He claims he had only consumed one drink, which he has since suspected was spiked.
Doe claims there was no jewelry in the room and was asked by Diddy, “Have you ever sucked a d*** before?” When he said “no,” the mogul allegedly responded with “You should try it,” before exposing himself.
Diddy’s Legal Team Has Released A Statement Regarding The Recent Allegations
Doe then claims he was forced to provide oral sex. He further claims Diddy undressed and anally assaulted him before leaving the room. As he claims, when he woke up the next morning, someone was giving him an IV. He was then dropped off at the nightclub.
Through the suit, Doe has called for damages. As he claims, he has endured pain, mental and emotional torments, and shame following the incident. Reportedly, Tony Buzbee, who is also representing 120 alleged victims of Combs, had filed the suit.
For his part, Diddy’s legal team also released the following statement: “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail. That Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
