Diddy Accuser Says Rapper Ruined His Career After Assault
A man has sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged sexual assault. However, in the lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, the man also alleges that Combs ruined his promising musical career after the incident took place. This incident allegedly happened in 2015 in Los Angeles.

Man Says Diddy Ruined His Career
Tony Buzbee, the Houston attorney who has become famous for suing major celebrities over the years, is busy at work with people suing Sean “Diddy” Combs. Buzbee represents dozens of clients suing Combs right now. He filed his latest lawsuit on Monday on behalf of a man known only as “John Doe.”
This latest lawsuit is from a man who claims that Combs sexually assaulted him at an afterparty in Los Angeles in 2015. The man says that he was the opening act for a concert Diddy was promoting. He was then reportedly invited to an after-party where he was given Ciroc Vodka. Combs allegedly told him that he could get him signed to Bad Boy Records
However, the man said that he started to feel drowsy after drinking the alcohol and believed he was drugged. He said he woke up suddenly when he claimed that Diddy was next to him and might have been sexually assaulting him while he was unconscious.
When he woke up and tried to fight off Combs, the rap mogul said he would ruin his career if he kept it up. The man then alleges that Combs told him to have sex with a woman who was there while he watched. He said he excused himself to the bathroom and then fled from the party. The man is suing Combs for sexual battery and conspiracy.
Sean Combs Facing Several Similar Lawsuits
Tony Buzbee has filed countless lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs from various people. He represents men and women, and all claim the disgraced music producer sexually assaulted them. Sean also faces criminal charges for sex trafficking.
However, in every case, Combs’ legal team has fought to defend him. “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” the legal team said in a statement (via TMZ).
This also comes a little over a week after Combs actually scored a win against one of the lawsuits against him. In one lawsuit, a man named Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith sued Combs for assault, but the judge ruled against the man, saying the statute of limitations had already expired.
