‘Bachelorette’ Emily Maynard Celebrates ‘Warrior’ Jones Birthday
Bachelorette Emily Maynard Johnson shocked the world when she announced she and her husband Tyler Johnson welcomed baby number six two years ago. Now, their youngest son Jones turned two and Emily is honoring him with a precious post. Jones was born with Down Syndrome and has already endured surgeries due to a rare congenital colon abnormality. To Emily and her family, he is quite the warrior. Emily Maynard Johnson Celebrates Jones Turning Two
Former Bachelorette Emily Maynard Johnson is celebrating her youngest child’s second birthday. She went to Instagram to share a few different posts commemorating their son Jones West. The first post she shared revealed Jones sitting in front of a bike and grinning from ear to ear.
Emily captioned the post saying, “Happy 2nd Birthday to our warrior boy, Jones! We celebrated with a creeper trail Bike ride in VA. It may have been more than we bargained for 🤦🏻♂️. Jones enjoyed it though!! Happy Birthday to our bright light! Love you so much, Jones!”
The other photos included the family out on the bike ride. In one photo, Jones is sleeping next to his sister while riding in the cart attached to the bike. She also shared some videos from their bike trip.
The second post that Emily made to honor Jones on his second birthday shared multiple photos of him smiling that happy smile. He was with various family members in the photos and it’s obvious how special he is to their family.

The caption read, “Happy 2nd Birthday, my Jones West! You have brought immeasurable joy to our family and softened even the hardest spots of each of our hearts. You are so loved and treasured. @mtylerjohnson”
She followed up with a comment on her own post saying he was “absolute perfection.”
Emily Is Thankful She Didn’t Stop With Five Children
Jones West makes baby number six for Emily Maynard Johnson. She has Ricki, 19, whom she shares with her late fiancé Ricky Hendrick. She and Tyler share Jennings, 9, Gibson, 7, Gatlin, 6, Nola Belle, 3, and of course sweet little Jones.
When Emily found out at birth that her son had Down Syndrome, she was shocked and it was as difficult time for all as he had to spend a month in NICU after having surgery on his colon.

Looking back she notes she would never change a thing and she is incredibly glad she didn’t stop at five children.
