‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Chris Combs Drops Massive Weight, Shares Photos
1000-Lb Sisters star Chris Combs arrived on TLC as a supporting character in Season 2. At the time, he decided that he needed to lose weight and he could encourage his sisters Tammy and Amy Slaton as well. Recently, he celebrated his huge weight loss with some before and after photos.
TLC Star Chris Combs Had His Gastric Surgery
1000-Lb Sisters fans liked Chris from the get-go. He seemed like a happy person and he really seemed to care about his sisters. He worked for McDonald’s where he met his wife Brittany. She doesn’t appear on the show but her husband became an important member of the cast. These days, Chris is a grandfather and happy to be alive to spend time with the little ones.
Chris Combs completed his gastric surgery procedure and shed plenty of pounds. Altogether, TLC fans understand that he shed about 150 lbs. It’s a steady loss and at least 70 of that happened in recent years. In recent seasons, viewers also saw him encouraging his other sisters, Amanda and Misty who underwent gastric surgery as well. As he’s well-liked, many people love seeing him in before and after photos.

1000-Lb Sisters Before & After Father’s Day Photos
On Father’s Day this year, the TLC star took to Instagram Stories and shared two photos One of them showed him with his son in 2019. And the next one, taken recently, showed him with his grandchild. The difference wasn’t hard to spot as he lost so much weight he looked very different.
Chris Combs shared his story where fans can’t comment publically, But in his other posts, lots of fans think of him as an inspiration. Many comments arrived when he shared a similar photo of himself with his grandchildren in April. Here are a few of the reactions he got:
