Adam Levine & Hot Country Star Joining Season 27 Of ‘The Voice’
Former coach Adam Levine and one of the hottest country stars in the world are set to join Season 27 of The Voice. Though Season 25 just ended and Season 26 has yet to start filming, NBC clearly could not wait to make this announcement. Adam Levine & Hot Country Star Joining Season 27 Of The Voice
For faithful viewers of The Voice, Adam Levine was known as an OG coach of the hit singing competition. He started alongside Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green, and Christina Aguilera. More so, Adam and Blake’s bromance made the show worth tuning into. Sadly, Adam exited the series in 2019 after Season 16. Blake, however, held on until Season 23 before he departed with Reba McEntire stepping into his shoes. For Season 26, the show looks to be quite exciting as Reba will be rejoined by Gwen Stefani.
Plus, two new coaches will be delighting show viewers. They are Michael Buble as well as Snoop Dogg so this will bring a whole new element to the long-running series. Though the show has yet to start filming, the coaches for Season 27 have just been revealed. According to TV Line, out for Season 27 will be Reba, Gwen Stefani, and Snoop Dogg, at least for now. However, joining the show are OG coach Adam Levine and returning coach, John Legend. Michael Buble has apparently signed on to stay and the newest coach will be Kelsea Ballerini for the country flair.
Upon leaving The Voice, Adam did not seem that bummed about his decision. He spoke candidly about it to Ellen DeGeneres:
“I do miss it, but I also don’t miss how much I had to work. I was just constantly working for so many years. Very lucky, very fortunate, very blessed and all that. But to be able to stop in this moment to spend time with my new, young family and have the greatest time ever — now I’m just a stay-at-home dad. I stay home and do very little.”
Since then, he has been a part of a cheating scandal and accused of being unfaithful to his then-pregnant wife, Behati Prinsloo. She was expecting their third child and he did take responsibility for his wrongdoings. Now, he is on tour with Maroon 5 and it seems he is ready to go back to his coaching days.
