‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 19: Everything You Need To Know
America’s Got Talent Season 19 is coming very soon. The season will have several big acts, including its youngest competitor in the show’s history. It will also see the main four judges back, with Sofia Vergara back in her familiar chair.
Here is a look at the America’s Got Talent release date and what you can expect this season from the show.
America’s Got Talent Release Date
Season 19 of America’s Got Talent is coming very soon. The new season, with Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Howie Mandel has already released a new trailer and has fans excited for what is coming. For those not keeping track, the premiere is sooner than you might think.
America’s Got Talent Season 19 premieres on Tuesday night, May 28, at 8/7c on NBC. The series will also be available to stream the next day on Peacock. The price of the NBC streaming service is $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year (saving two months). That includes commercials, but so does the NBC version.
There have also been two trailers released. The first was a quick trailer that showed what fans might expect this season from the talented individuals competing on the show. The second was a deeper first look at the season in an extended trailer.
What To Expect From America’s Got Talent Season 19
There are, as expected, some great stories on America’s Got Talent this year outside of the talent. There is a man who has worked as a janitor for many years, but who has a singing voice that had Sofia leaping to her feet. Additionally, there is also a two-year-old child who is a math prodigy.
Actress Sofia Vergara is also coming back to the series after taking time off from America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League. She rejoins comedian Howie Mandel, model Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell. While Cowell is a mainstay on the show now, he only joined in 2016. Before this, he created The X-Factor and American Idol.
Last season saw a tough competition, with a dog training act by Adrien Stoica winning it all with his dog, Hurricane. It was only the second time in the show’s history a dog act won the competition.
This season there will be one rule change. Each judge gets their golden buzzer every season to send someone to the live shows. However, that has changed this year because each judge gets two golden buzzers. This will ease some of the pressure from the pre-live show tryout stages so the live shows will feature more talents that impressed in their first appearance.
