‘GMA’ Star Michael Strahan Shares Rare Family Photo
Good Morning America host, Michael Strahan has a lot on his mind but he took the time to share a rare photo of his family on Mother’s Day. By now, you probably know that his daughter, Isabella underwent surgeries for a type of brain cancer known as medulloblastoma. Keep reading to find out more.
A Tough Time For GMA Host Michael Strahan’s Family
When Isabella Strahan fell ill with cancer, she’d just started college and her future looked bright. However, Good Morning America fans were shocked to hear in January about her October admission to the hospital. Fortunately, she’s a fighter, and her twin sister Sophia spends as much time as she can with her.
Michael Strahan is there for his daughter, and he does what he can to help Isabella Strahan cope with her illness. Sometimes, she gets raw and tearful on YouTube. However, she also shares the good times. One of those videos revealed that her dad surprised her with a special visitor. Her favorite musician, Bryson Tiller arrived unexpectedly.
Mother’s Day Photo Is A Rarity For GMA Fans
The famous Good Morning America host doesn’t often share photos of his family, and he seems to like his privacy. However, on Mother’s Day this year, he chose a sweet picture to share. On Instagram, talk show fans saw that he posed next to his mom, Louise, and his daughters, Sophia and Isabella.
Michael Strahan said in his caption:
Happy that we had the chance to spend Mother’s Day with my mom! Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and all the other moms out there!❤️
Naturally, Good Morning America fans were pleased that Michael Strahan shouted out moms everywhere. Additionally, they were happy to see Louise. And, they loved seeing Isabella with her twin sister. Here are some of their comments:
