Most Seeking Sister Wife fans despise Garrick Merrifield and for good reason. He believes that God led him to polygamy but viewers think he uses that as an excuse to have multiple intimate partners. Plus, he and his wife, Dannielle Merrifield were already having problems before they entered this life. Then, Garrick had a revelation and it just helped him cheat with meaning. At the same time, he and Dannielle opted to divorce to make it easier for him to bring over a potential sister wife from another country. The women that he seems to fall for all happen to be from Brazil.
Now, he has taken his “Ick” factor to the next level. Garrick Merrifield decided to share a photo of himself in the bathtub on his Instagram stories. The moment he did so, it was immediately picked up by fans and put in a Reddit thread with the OP writing this:

Is this a sick joke?! Who posts a photo of them naked in a bathtub with scripture all over the post. This guy is whacked and is truly disturbing.
It is hard to say if he had just posted a snap in the tub without the scripture if things would have been different. Or, if it was the whole package that was disturbing. After seeing this on social media and on Reddit, what did followers have to say?

Wasn’t It Mother’s Day?
Seeking Sister Wife fans were more confused as to why Garrick Merrifield opted to post this on Mother’s Day. It did not make much sense but more so, the post made very little sense as they noted. Someone mentioned how his wife, Dannielle Merrifield said that they passed the psych evaluation for the show. That made them question how low the bar was set. In any case, it is clear no one wants to see Garrick in the tub preaching anything.
