This season of Wheel of Fortune has really tugged at heartstrings. One winner was thrilled that she had the money for her two sons. Plus, she won an exotic vacation, which was the perfect birthday gift for one of her boys. However, she shared that it was very bittersweet given that her parents had passed away. She wished that they could have been there to watch her dream come true, but she knew they were watching over her from above. Now, a bartender named Mike had his chance at winning the game show, and he did it for his girls.
As he made it to the bonus round, Ryan Seacrest noted how Mike’s girls were headed to Aulani, a Disney resort in Hawaii. The theme of the show was a Disney princess celebration, which seemed perfect for Mike and his kids. He had already won around $32K by the time he made it to the bonus round, so that was some pretty big pocket change. Mike’s category was “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” and he was ready and raring to go. Within seconds of the clock ticking, Mike solved the puzzle and was immensely proud.

Ryan Seacrest soon opened the winning envelope to reveal another $40K, meaning Mike walked away with $72K. This is an incredible Wheel of Fortune pot to take home, and he cheered for joy. After this went down, Mike and Ryan hugged, which was a very sweet moment to witness. Clearly, Mike was grateful for what he had won and how far he had come. Not only did he win tens of thousands of dollars, but he and his girls were off to Hawaii, which is a dream vacation.
The Crowd Goes Wild
After Mike’s big Wheel of Fortune win, he made sure to pump the audience up. Ryan Seacrest noted that he loves to celebrate, and that was evident. The audience was receptive to Mike’s enthusiasm and was thrilled that he had made it as far as he did. When the clip of Mike playing was released on social media, viewers had nothing but positive things to say:
