‘RHOA’ Kim Zolciak Explains Kroy Biermann ‘Death’ Was True
Kim Zolciak is defending herself against critics online after she shared a clickbait post. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is claiming that the photo of herself alongside her estranged husband Kroy Biermann with the letters “R.I.P.” did not allude to Kroy’s death. Kim Zolciak Says She’s Tired Of Accusations
In the since-deleted post, Kim Zolciak shared a black and white photo with her now ex-husband Kroy Biermann. The Instagram Story linked to a website with an article about Kim and Kroy’s split.
However, fans thought that something happened to Kroy Biermann with the way she presented the link. The photo of them next to each other with the “R.I.P.” caption came off like he was dead.
Later, the RHOA alum deleted the post and shared the same link to her Story again with the caption “Get the truth.” She shared another black-and-white snapshot of them on her page. In the caption, she defended her earlier post.
“I am TIRED OF ALL THE LIES and ACCUSATIONS,” Kim Zolciak wrote. “EVERY DAY it’s always something new. I’m tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know ‘what died?’ Here’s the truth.” Then she shared that the link for further details was in her bio.
The Real Housewives Star Has Neglected To Respond To Her Daughter
The post linked in her bio explained why she made the post that she did. “I used a picture of BOTH of us and said #RIP — and, frankly, the end of my relationship was like a death of sorts so #RIP to that.”
She then continued, “The story was a tribute to many we’ve lost this past year. And yes my relationship was lost too so it seemed fitting.” Kim Zolciak then told people who were offended by he post to “get serious” and stop jumping to conclusions.
The former Real Housewives star asked, “Do you actually think if Kroy died — even with all of the issues we’ve had — my first instinct would be to go to my Instagram and post #LinkInBio with his pic and #RIP attached?”
“To reiterate — Kroy is alive and well and did NOT DIE nor did I ever say he has died,” she finally wrote. “And that’s that.”
Fans weren’t the only ones surprised by the move either. Their daughter, Ariana had a “damn near … heart attack” when she saw the post. On Tuesday, Ariana posted a TikTok video asking them “what the f***” they would do if they were in her situation.

She looked like she was close to breaking down in tears when she said, “I physically don’t have any f**king words.” Then she directed her words at her mother saying, “I love you, but I just, like. … My heart, like, tugging. Like, no.”
Kim Zolciak has yet to address her daughter’s video or her feelings on the matter.
