Is Mackenzie McKee Expecting A Child With Khesanio Hall?
Most people recognize Mackenzie McKee from 16 and Pregnant. She first appeared on the MTV show in 2011. Now, she is part of the cast of Teen Mom: Family Reunion Season 3.
Mackenzie has shared more than a decade of her life with Teen Mom fans. She and her ex, Josh McKee, have three children together. They share Gannon Dewayne McKee, born in September 2011; daughter Jaxie Taylor, born in February 2014; and Broncs Weston, born in August 2016.
In July 2022, the couple decided to go their separate ways. Things were less than amicable, but Mackenzie McKee has moved on. Now, she is dating Khesanio Hall who is appearing on Family Reunion with her.
Khesanio, a pro soccer player, and Mackenzie have been dating since the beginning of 2023. Fans have noticed how much happier she seems with her new beau. She frequently posts photos and updates on their lives together on social media.

The Teen Mom Star Hints At A ‘Surprise’
While the Teen Mom star doesn’t look pregnant in her most recent posts, that doesn’t mean anything. The new shots of herself alongside Khesanio on the beach could have been taken a while ago. Plus, a recent post hints at a “surprise.”
In the post, Mackenzie shared “5 fun life updates.” She shared that she has been working on a space for filming and classes for bodybymac, her fitness brand.
The MTV star also revealed that she opened an all-star cheer gym with her friend. On top of that, she launched a bodybymac fitness app and her family started sharing their story for television again. Finally, she wrote, “5 is a secret you will have to stay tuned for!”
A number of fans took to the comment section to guess what #5 might be. Most people assumed that the Teen Mom star was either pregnant or getting engaged. Several also guessed that it might be a new home (to welcome their child). However, Mackenzie McKee took to the comments to deny being pregnant or engaged.
