‘Teen Mom’ Fans Think Mackenzie McKee Is Engaged & Pregnant
Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee has fans wondering what’s going on in her life recently. Due to several hints online, many of her followers seem to think she might be engaged and pregnant. The MTV star has responded to the rumors. Keep reading to see what she has to say.
Mackenzie McKee Shares A Life Update
Rumors about Mackenzie McKee’s alleged engagement started with sleuths on social media apparently spotted a ring on her finger. The Teen Mom star posed in the mirror for a selfie with a paint roller in one hand, and her phone in the other.
In the snapshot, McKee flaunted her fit figure in a black sports bra and matching shorts. She grinned in the photo and wrote, “I have been working on my own bodybymac space for filming and classes.”
Mackenzie McKee was referring to her fitness coaching business, which is called BodyByMac. She continued in the caption, writing, “I’ve been busy and blessed.”
Other photos in the array provided other updates. One informed fans that she and a friend opened an All-Star cheer gym. Another shared that she launched an app for BodyByMac. She shared a photo saying that the family started “sharing their story again.” The 5th life update, she wrote, “is a secret you will have to stay tuned for.”
While this post seemed to just be an update about McKee’s life recently, fans couldn’t help but notice the ring on her left hand in the first photo. They immediately jumped into the comment section to discuss the possibilities of what the secret 5th update might be.
“I’m guessing engagement? She seems so happy with her new man! I am very happy for her!” one eager fan commented. “Pregnant?” another fan suggested. A third person wrote, “Came here to count the ‘pregnant’ comments.” A fourth pointed out that they thought McKee had gotten her tubes tied.
Teen Mom Star Shuts Down Pregnancy & Engagement Rumors
Mackenzie McKee hopped into the comments to set the record straight. “No engagement and not pregnant,” she wrote with a laughing face emoji.

The Teen Mom star has previously had three children with her ex-husband Josh McKee. They share Gannon, 12, Jaxie, 9, and Broncs, 7. Mackenzie and Josh first got together in 2009 and were married in 2013. However, Mackenzie confirmed that they were getting a divorce in July 2022 after more than a decade together.
She started dating Khesanio Hall, her new man, in December 2023. The couple seems to be going strong and fans are certainly rooting for them.
In the comment section of her recent post, many people wrote about how great they seem together. “He seems like a wonderful soul! Love watching the new family reunion show,” one fan commented.
For now, there are no wedding bells in the future for the couple (or a baby), but you never know what might happen.
