Tyler Baltierra Shares Magical Dance Night With Daughter, Nova
As teenagers on 16 & Pregnant, viewers watched as Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell gave their daughter, Carly up for adoption. This was the hardest thing they ever had to do and it still lives with them to this day. Luckily, they had each other to lean on and have since built a beautiful family with three daughters, Nova, Vaeda, and Rya as well as Carly. They also tied the knot in August 2015 so they have had to put in a lot of work to keep their relationship solid.
Though they still have access to Carly, who looks just like Tyler, making memories with their other children is vital. Recently, Tyler shared a momentous occasion he shared with Nova that he savored to the fullest extent. According to his Instagram, Tyler took Nova to their first daddy-daughter dance and he said it was “literally one of the best nights I’ve had!” He shared photos of himself, beaming in a black buttoned-down while Nova had a sweet black dress on. She also donned black glitter tights and little Mary Jane heels which she used to dance the night away.

To make the night extra special, the Teen Mom star picked up his daughter at their home with flowers. Then, it was on to a dinner of salmon, shrimp & perch. They proceeded to talk about everything including their dreams, fears, and more. Tyler Baltierra concluded with the most beautiful tribute about how proud he is to be Nova’s father. It was clear that he loves being a dad more than anything in the world and she is beyond lucky to have that love in her life.
