In a TikTok on April 2, Love Is Blind star, Chelsea Blackwell, teases some new podcasts coming soon. But she also reveals some of her amazing weight loss secrets to her fans. Admittedly, since the show, she says she is making her health more of a priority. Then says in answer to many DMs, that she would give fans some tips she lives by. However, she asserts she loves her body right where it is and just wants to continue providing it what it needs. “I love my body,” she says in the video. “I’ve never been a small girl my entire life, and I’m okay with that. Why I decided to change what I was doing was because I wasn’t feeling healthy. I wasn’t feeling strong. It was affecting my mental health and it was affecting my energy levels.”

Chelsea Blackwell Offers Amazing Weight Loss Secrets

While Chelsea Blackwell loves her body, she is taking steps to show it how much she cares. Within the past few months, she started intermittent fasting and juicing. However, she is also giving a big focus on drinking significantly more water, sleeping better, and extra movement. Admittedly, she is not a nutritionist, but she has picked up some tricks that are working well for her in her health journey. “When I eat, I stick to as many fruits and vegetables as possible,” she offers as a quick tip. “I have a lot of protein. Protein is what I try to have all my meals based on… That’s my diet normally. When I eat better, I feel better. I feel more focused.” Additionally, she sees improvement in many areas, “I feel clearer. I can think better.”

Although Chelsea Blackwell doesn’t exactly love going to the gym, she gives a shout-out to fitness influencer Whitney Simmons for helping her along the way. Unmistakably, she added in more movement to jump-start the weight loss journey. But she pairs it with things she knows she enjoys. “The main key component to something I think resulted in my weight loss is walking,” she notes. “I will walk 45 minutes a day. It’s really my time to meditate and listen to podcasts. That’s my ‘me time’ and it makes me happy.” Likewise, she is consuming a lot of water each day and getting good sleep to boost her results.

More Than Just A Number On The Scale

Admittedly, the Love Is Blind‘s Chelsea Blackwell talks about her weight loss not being a huge number. While the reality star hasn’t seen a large drop on the scale, she is feeling much better. The pounds she has lost are allowing her to see a big difference. “I’m not hard on myself, by any means. But I feel better,” she says. “My skin feels better, I look better and I’m able to deliver my best possible self to everyone else around me.” But her physical health isn’t her only priority.

In February, Chelsea let fans know she was seeking help from a therapist to unpack many of her emotional barriers. “I’ve never seeked [sic] a therapist before but man oh man, I feel everyone could benefit from having an unbiased opinion,” she says on her Instagram Stories. “I had a ton of inner issues I needed to debunk and my life, my mindset, my heart has completely changed,” she adds. “I thought I loved myself before but I have never felt THIS kind of love.”

Chelsea Blackwell Is Feeling Happier And Healthier

Undeniably, Chelsea Blackwell is looking happier and healthier outside of Love Is Blind. Likewise, one fan said she has a noticeable “glow” now. Some fans even discuss how they can now see the resemblance to Megan Fox. Without a doubt, Chelsea feels she is growing through her experiences. She says, “The most special compliment. The woman I am today has come very far from the woman on the show and I’m very proud of my growth.”
