When it came out that Mama June stole most of Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson’s money, fans felt awful. Though Alana had gotten a $21K/year scholarship for Regis University in Colorado, she still needed around that amount for each year’s tuition. So, she asked her mother for help but she said she did not have it and looked to Alana’s sister, Pumpkin who allegedly raised her. That was when Alana asked for the funds from her Coogan account only to discover there was just $33K left. She has since taken to TikTok to ask for donations for the rest of the Spring semester.
Alana made almost $2K which she was asking for but she just made a video showing where the money went. She was off to get her lashes and nails done. Of course, this did not sit well with followers who have watched her beg for money regularly. A Reddit thread was started after Alana showed herself getting both her lashes and nails done at the same time. The OP wrote this:

First off you don’t know how much it cost for her nails and lashes. you don’t know that she used the donated money for that. that’s what ignorant people get for assuming the worst out of people. she is a good kid leave her alone.
I sure as hell would refuse to let her take care of me or anyone I loved!! But she has to pass to graduate school, then pass state boards.so the health care industry may not have to worry. When I was in nursing school, I worked and slept on my study group’s couch to save gas. My money went for books, tuition, uniforms, supplies, food and gas.. No handouts. Yes I passed my classes in the top 3 of each semester and passed boards first time. She must not be too worried about passing if she is spending time on internet and nails and lashes. Grow up and get a job and pay for yourself.

I guess everyone knows that they are ALL getting BIG BUCKS from TLC…INCLUDING Dralin…why do you think Punkin and Josh are home all the time, no jobs, and can jump on air planes at a whim…and afford that condo .
