Live host Kelly Ripa seems to be very angry about RHONY alum Leah McSweeney who alleged that Andy Cohen does drugs with some Bravolites from Real Housewives. So, she’s defending him. What started with Bethenny Frankel ended up with Leah McSweeney accusing the Bravo host of playing favorites and partying with cocaine.

Kelly Ripa Defended Andy Cohen In The Past

At the end of 2022, Ryan Seacrest accused Andy Cohen of snubbing him. The tiff went on for a bit after the New Year’s Special where both of them had their work to do. Ryan felt ignored, while the Live host decided he didn’t take it the right way. On Live with Kelly and Ryan, she told him she disagreed with him. Now, she’s defending Andy again.

Kelly Ripa isn’t alone in defending Andy Cohen since former RHONY star Leah McSweeney brought a lawsuit against the Bravo host. Lisa Vanderpump, formerly a Real Housewives star stood up for him. So did Melisssa Gorga, despite clashing on and off with him. Others, like Tamra Judge, stepped up in his defense and claimed they never saw anything like drugs around him. Now, it’s the turn of Live Kelly.

Andy Cohen Accusations Get Live With Kelly And Mark Host Fuming

On March 27, Andy’s friend, who feels like he’s a son, took to her podcast, Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa, and chatted with Kyle Richards. Of course, she’s been with The Real Housewives for years. Talking about McSweeney’s drug allegations, it turns out that both women feel angry.

Kelly Ripa hates what’s being said about the Bravo host. The Live with Kelly and Mark star told Kyle:

I’m so p-ssed of!.. I know him, like, off-camera. I know him privately. We’ve traveled together. We’ve gone on vacation together, like, pre-him having kids, you know. I’ve never seen a drug around him. It’s like the most… I’m so offended by it. I’m so angry over it.

Kyle Richards replied, saying that she was also “angry.” She claimed, “I have only seen him being professional.” Furthermore, he never pressured her to “drink alcohol.” And as for drugs, she never saw that either. The Real Housewives star told Live Kelly, “It’s very dangerous to make accusations like that. It’s not like it used to be. Right? So it really made me sad.”
