‘RHOC’ Shannon Beador’s Ex-Husband Breaks Law & Charged
Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador ran into trouble with driving violations and now, her ex, David Beador faces multiple counts. Unlike his ex, he wasn’t charged with DUI. However, for Bravo fans, that doesn’t make it any better, because someone could have been hurt.
RHOC David Beador Moved On With Lesley & Welcomed A Baby
Bravo alum David married Shannon in 2000, but he cheated on her, and by 2019 their divorce was finalized. After he married Lesley, they welcomed their baby girl, Anna, in 2021. Sadly, by 2022, he filed for divorce, withdrew it, and filed again. Then, in 2023, the couple filed for domestic violence restraining orders.
David Beador’s ex, Shannon cleans up her act, and she went into rehab after her car crashed into a house. Remember, she also tried pretending it never happened. Shockingly, she took her pup out of the car for a walk while trying to look innocent. Fortunately, nobody ended up badly injured or dead. However, David could have hurt other people or himself with his alleged driving violations.

Real Housewives of Orange County Alum Charged This Week
Unfortunately, the news that Bravo fans heard about Shannon Beador’s ex sounds bad. Page Six reported that they reached out for comment from him and his legal team, but got no response. Reportedly, the charges involved reckless driving and speeding. On Wednesday, he was arraigned and he entered a not-guilty plea. So, a “separate pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 9.”
According to the outlet, after obtaining court records, David Beador was allegedly misbehaving on the road. They noted:
…the construction company owner was pulled over on Feb. 4 for reckless driving and speeding at greater than 100 miles per hour.
RHOC fans were not impressed and on Twitter (X), some of them vented about dangerous driving:
- @SMEIsTheBest: Well damn. I mean, can you imagine seeing some nut on the highway driving crazy and you get next to him, and it’s David Beador with his crazy eyes looking at you. Get his -ss off the roads.
- @BrightlyAgain: There is no mention of him being under the influence. Just reckless driving. Still…Hang him judge!
A few other commenters on the platform talked about Shannon Beador and David’s children. After all, can’t be easy for them with their parents running into trouble over driving laws. Because they are famous faces, the kids see it covered in the media and various podcasts.
