Daisy Kent has been a fan-favorite since her early days on The Bachelor Season 28. She grew up on a Christmas tree farm. Daisy has always been open about her journey with Lyme disease and hearing loss. She wears a cochlear implant after losing her hearing as a teenager. Daisy’s determination and resilience have earned her a special place in the hearts of fans.
But some fans are worried about her, especially after she left Season 28 heartbroken. She told Joey Graziadei that she knew he wasn’t going to choose her and left the show. He went on to propose to Kelsey Anderson.

One Bachelor Nation fan took to Reddit to start a discussion about the change in Daisy’s appearance at the After The Final Rose special. “She didn’t look like herself. I don’t think it was lighting or makeup because everyone else looked the same,” they wrote.
The fan added, “It’s something about her face. Still a beautiful human but not what she looked like throughout the season.” They weren’t the only one who noticed a difference. Other fans chimed in with their guesses on why she looks so different:
- I know 100% she got Botox a little over a month ago. I go to the same place as her, and they posted her on their stories. Not sure what treatments she got though.
- Her teeth were fixed, she got veneers and it changed her mouth. Her teeth were not uniform on the show.

- She recently got Botox for the first time. She also got her teeth whitened and had professional hair and makeup
- It looked like she’s lost weight to me, plus her hair is lighter. Her makeup was also not her usual look. Kelsey looked different, too.
Other fans mentioned a change in Daisy’s voice. One fan addressed that by suggesting, “I think that’s just adjustment to her implant but also she was getting a lot of hate about her vocal fry.”
